- Visit the Desjardins website
- Fill in the various fields that appear on your screen
- To the question “I want a caisse”, choose the 1st option “related to my sector of activity or type of employment”.
- A drop-down menu will appear – choose the 4th option: “Caisse du réseau de la santé”.
- Depending on your address, you will be offered one of the Caisse du réseau de la santé service centers and click on “Choose this caisse”.
- Finish with authentication
