Our Healthcare Team is here to guide and financially support entrepreneurs in the healthcare and life sciences network (clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, etc.).
A turnkey service is offered to healthcare entrepreneurs with a 360-degree vision to meet the personal needs of entrepreneurs, their employees, and their businesses.

Every year, 16 scholarships worth a total of $20,000 are awarded to health and social services students enrolled in vocational, college, and university programs.

Every year, we give around 100 conferences in partnership with departments and student associations related to health and social services in CEGEPs and universities: managing student loans, planning and tracking budgets, and preparing to become a homeowner.

Financial education for young people is important to us.
Five scholarships totaling $5,000 are awarded annually to members who have been employed for less than three years in the health and social services field.
The Health Network Stars Awards (SRS) were created by the Caisse Desjardins du Réseau de la santé to highlight and recognize the commitment of health and social services professionals to providing better care to the public while sharing knowledge.
Numerous awards totaling $26,000 are presented each year to 12 finalists in four categories that reflect Desjardins’ values:
Simple:
Simplifies tasks or processes and improves procedures in your establishment.
Human:
Focuses on the human aspect of healthcare.
Modern:
Creates advantages for patients and their families by implementing new procedures.
High-performance:
Demonstrates better use of human, financial or technological resources.
The winning projects of the SRS Awards, as well as 20 other initiatives that caught the jury’s attention, are featured each year in the Revue Santé.
The Caisse provides financial support to La Vigile Therapy House, which offers assistance to health and social services professionals facing physical, psychological, emotional, or addiction issues. We are proud to support this vital cause.
Since 2023, the Expérience SRS gala, during which the SRS Awards are presented, has helped raise funds for La Vigile.
In 2025, $45,000 was donated to La Vigile thanks to the profits generated by Expérience SRS.
