- Visit the Desjardins website
- Choose your package by selecting the desired package (Economy, Intermediate, Unlimited, Unlimited Plus).
- Once you’ve selected your plan, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on“Choose this plan”
- In the “Are you a Desjardins member?” section, click on “Yes”, and then click on “Continue opening online”
- Log in to your Accès D space
- Fill in the various fields that appear on your screen
- In the question “I want a caisse”, choose the 1st option “related to my sector of activity or type of employment”.
- A drop-down menu will appear – choose the 4th option: “Caisse du réseau de la santé”.
- Depending on your address, you will be offered one of the Caisse du réseau de la santé service centers and click on “Choose this caisse”.
- Complete the process according to what appears on your screen.
